IMPORTANT INFORMATION

How do I become a member of Prime Cut Society?Sorry to say that Prime Cut Society is a closed society, however that does not mean you cannot dress as one. Coming soon; high end apparel shirts.
-
I am a vegeterian, is there anything for me in the world of Prime Cut Society?"We the people of Prime Cut Society do not discrimanate against anyone, however as said before we're not open to new members. That said, we are working in our "secret labs" on plant based specialty cuts of meat that once completed will be as good as any of our products we have now. Until we reach that level, I am sorry to say, no.
-
Have you named the animals in the pictures?Thank you for your question. Here at Prime Cut Society, we do not believe in going to a super market and buying some no name cut of meat. So we have named all of our products accordingly. We think it adds to the specialty cuts of meat we provide, the animals in the photos are: Calf=Prime Rib Lamb 1=Lamb Chop Lamb 2=Leg of Lamb

What are the breeds of the calf and lambs? The calf is a breed called Maine Anjou. The breed comes from two valleys in France called Maine and Anjou. The saying goes "they are the last to be put in the field and the first to be taken out". There wieght to grain ratio is the qiuckest. The lambs are a breed called Katahdin sheep that come from Maine and are named after the highest peak of Maine. They where brought over to Maine from Africa and bred with sheep here to give a different taste then what lambs normally taste like. If your not a fan of lamb you'll probably enjoy this breed. Of course the product is all natural raised animals.
